Online Ordering
You can order online using any major credit
card or your PayPal account. To begin shopping online, go to the
Products page and add the
items you want to your shopping cart. When you are ready to checkout, click on
the View Cart button in the left margin.
Order
by Mail
If you would prefer to pay with a personal
check or money order, or if you do not want to use a credit card over the
internet, click on this button to
print out an order
form to fill out and mail in.
Shipping and Handling Charges
Shipping and handling charges are based on the order total, according to the
following table:
To simplify calculations on orders mailed in, all orders under $10.00 have a flat
shipping and handling charge of $1.50. For mail orders over $10.00, the
shipping and handling fee is 18% of the order total.
Orders
are usually filled within 48 hours and shipped UPS ground. You should expect to
receive your order in 7-14 days.
Sales Tax
Residents of Washington state must pay sales tax of 9.0% of the order total
(not including shipping and handling).
Online Payment Processing using PayPal
Secure online payment processing is handled by
PayPal.com. If you
don't already have a PayPal account, you will be asked for the information
needed to process your order, including a valid shipping/billing address
and credit card information. You will also be asked for an email address
to send you an order verification. As part of this process, you can
optionally create a PayPal account, but this is not required. Your order
from The Beekeeper's Secret will be processed even if you do not open a
PayPal account.
Credit card information is transmitted in encrypted format
from your computer to secure servers at PayPal. We receive a confirmation that
the charge was approved, along with a name and address needed to process your
order. We never have access to your credit card information.
Privacy Policy
All customer information is kept confidential, and is NOT
shared with, or sold to other businesses. Additional information on
